"RainSoft was quick to send someone out to look at our Water Softener system that we were not sure was fully operational in a house we bought. The service person was on-time, very professional and knowledgeable. He looked at our system, tested the water, and confirmed that the system would be safe to use after some initial steps. He told us what we would need to do on our end over the first days and what to do thereafter to maintain the system. We were very happy he could tell us what we needed to know about our system. He noticed my hot water heater was set to “very hot” and it could have burnt my kids and shorten the life of my water heater. He made some changes that was not part of the job I hired him for.
