"Enjoying our new water treatment system. Our old one was leaking. Now we have a new stainless steel system in our basement. Our salesman, Scott, was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone who us interested in a water treatment system."

"Brian took the time to clearly explain the ins and out of the water treatment system before we agreed to the installation. He answered all our questions. He and his son are professional, communication is excellent and we would recommend them to friends or family without any hesitation. Excellent experience!"

"Joe had replaced our water treatment system when we first moved into our home and we couldn't have been happier. Whenever we had a question or an issue he was available. Now we hired him to maintain our system to assure that it's working properly. He is always punctual, courteous and professional. We highly recommend this company!"

"I needed to have the gas line behind my current stove relocated so that a new stove could be installed. Sounds simple right? Not if your home is over 150 years old! Jerry and his team did a fantastic job of chipping away at drywall, brick and who knows what else to successfully relocate the gas line. Not only that, he had noticed on the day of the estimate that my water line to the fridge was leaking and that both my dishwasher and aforementioned water line did not have up to date shut off valves which could delay installation (again!) of my new appliances. I was very pleased with the service I received and the care they took in cleaning up after the jobs were completed. I will definitely use this company again should I require plumbing services and recommend them to my family and friends."

"Replaced water valves and diverter in bathroom"

"Crew members Trong Chau, Tan Pham did an excellent job for the installation - prompt, professional, and thorough. Staff Dante Zappala professionally measured and sized the system. Unique Indoor Comfort staff were very slow in providing warranty papers for the extended warranty of the Rheem Water Heater - it took a month to get the proper sticker to validate the warranty - and made it seem like a problem. We hope that they respect the warranties for the A/C and Furnace through Carrier."

"On the price, I don't, but it was also reasonable. They had also installed a water heater like a year before, reasonable. For sure they're a good service provider, any issues I have with the HVAC or my water system, I'll go to them. They clean up behind themselves; I don't have to do much."
