"I’ve been a customer of OVPW for several years, and they have always been extremely courteous, professional, and very competent. They seem to improve their operational processes each year, which I really appreciate, and it’s super easy to schedule service or maintenance via text or phone. Their prices are great, and the value can’t be beat, as water is the basis for everything we drink at our house. Highly recommend."

"I had just purchased a house with water supplied from a well. The iron content and hardness of the water is very high. I run aquariums so I had performed my own water tests. They came out, analyzed the water, and confirmed my own tests. They installed an iron filter, water softener, carbon filter, and (my own supplied) UV system. They were quick to perform the job and were very thorough. The installation looks great, and the water is clear and doesn't leave a residue anymore. They looked at the water lines they removed and they were filled with iron residue. I'm confident I made the right choice."

"The installer Dustin was great! He was on time and professional. The installation was completed in about four hours as stated the job would be. I am happy with my water softener system and so is my skin!"

"I realize our hard water is the root cause of the issues they ran into but the cost and end result lead to rating. All the people were pleasant and professional."

"The technicians were punctual, all work completed in one day. Thoroughly explained the new systems and all was working after 6 hours on the job. Used drop clothes on carpet, cleaned up and wore masks as needed. Would recommend them to anyone."

"My goodness I am so pleased with these guys. They came in and they knew what they were doing, which is so refreshing. They install my water filtration system and explain some things to me. They cleaned up."

"My well pump went out on a Sunday evening. He came out that evening to assess the situation and troubleshoot to find out why I didn't have any water. He came out the next morning we removed the old well pump put a new one in. And has been working great since. He was honest fair priced and had great service"

"I completely changed my heating and air system to an air source heat pump, mini split system. It was a complex job executed magnificently by Nick and his team."

"Bill & Jeff were both very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They did an excellent job replacing my traditional tank water heater with a new high end gas tankless water heating system. We would highly recommend them and Ben Franklin Plumbing for providing this service."

"We worked with Chris Sanchez from SouthTowne Plumbing, a division of universal heating and cooling. Chris was a professional and knew his stuff. Didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need. The day of the install of toilet and water heater he was quick and efficient."
