The quality of work was old fashion which means arrived on time, had all the extra parts needed for the installation on the truck, finished up within the estimated time, left the area cleaner than they found it, billed as estimated, and waited until the system worked to my satisfaction. "The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

   They were polite and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with both of them.
  We paid $75.00 for a service fee for our warranty company so I am not sure what they charge other customers.
