"6/8/26 review update I had them change out a frost-free outdoor faucet that had failed. They charged $1000. I had a second outside faucet. They gave me an estimate of $1600. I had another company do the same job for $500. Be very careful about hiring 1-800 Plumber. My advice is to shop around. Their pricing was way above the market price. Unless you are really wealthy and $1000 does not mean anything, I would avoid this crew. They did an excellent job but they are a pack of theives. They charged over a thousand dollars just to replace a single outside water faucet."

Rob did an excellent job replacing the exhaust sheet metal and putting in the new water heater. I wish they expanded their business to include other plumbing jobs and HVAC, but they are pretty restricted to what they currently provide."

After doing some more research myself, I concluded that they were right. Others were quoting 5-step purifiers with very limited marginal improvement. Went with the whole house salt treatment tank and reverse osmosis for kitchen. Been about a year now and 0 problems. Cost about the $3k range. Only problem I have is that they did not do a water test post fact to prove the solution is working. So I gotta do my own from someone else."
