"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

This is a family owned and run business and the team is very professional from the appointment setup, contacting you the day before your appointment to confirm, to contacting you the day of the appointment letting you know when they will arrive. Matt showed up on-time and did a great job of assessing my current outdated system that I came to find out was not installed properly. He did a thorough job of running a whole series of tests on my well water and advised that my water was hard. I decided upon his recommendation to install a softener. I also decided to install a new sediment filter, and pre-sediment spindown, as well as a carbon filter. Matt and Jason showed up on-time on the install day. They are both very knowledgeable and take great pride in what they do. I'm extremely happy with the finished product. The new setup runs great and my water is clean and soft. I would highly recommend the Central PA Soft Water team to anyone who is looking for a system, or is having issues with their current system. A++++"

G. H. Mechanical called the manufacturer, and with their input, was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue. So hopefully I'll be able to get a few more years of use out it - saving (or at least deferring) what I understand will probably be close to $2,000 in expense. Thank you, Ovi! Regarding cost: I paid about $250. I think Ovi was here about 2 hours â maybe more â partly because he was on hold with the manufacturer for quite a while. Based on the info on Home Advisor's "How much does a plumber cost" page, I'd say that's very reasonable. Definitely worth it to me in any case!"

"I met Jeff at my daughter's house to have several things done: replace her ultraviolet bulb, replace her water filter, hook up her water softener (she had recently purchased her home), and her washer needed the P trap put in which she had purchased. Jeff did all those things and checked her well system (the tank needed air). I was so pleased with Jeff's work and so glad there is an Angie's list! I had an appointment with a water treatment co. to change my ultraviolet light and cancelled it. Jeff came and changed the bulb, checked out my water softener, and put air in the water tank (which was not done ever by the repair guy from the water treatment co. I've used for years). Jeff listed things that would need to be replaced on the well gauge and switch and softener down the road. My husband appreciates the pressure in the shower! Excellent work. Considering the water conditioning guys charge $196 for only changing the bulb, we will definitely use Jeff's American Clean Water each year."
