"Kevin was fantastic from first contact to end job. He showed up on time on a Sunday morning! We really appreciated that. He listened to our issue and took the time to investigate the problem until it was fixed. We have already booked for him to be our water expert for yearly upkeep. Highest reccomendations!!!!! Professional, curteous, knowledgeable, funny and beyond capable."

"I have been using Pocono Water Center for several years. They now maintain my water treatment system. They always show up for the appointment and are great to deal with. They tell you what you need, give a price, and do not apply a lot of sales pressure which I appreciate. I would highly recommend Pocono Water Center to anyone needing their services. Thank you!"

"Very friendly and personable. Has a system. Respect the system and let the man work."

"John is fantastic to work with and is always prompt with his service. I’ve had him do everything from replacing a grinder pump in our cistern or literally getting a toilet unclogged. I would highly recommend calling him for any plumbing needs you might have."

"I bought a home that hadn't had the boiler serviced in 6 years.  It also is my first home with radiator heat.  UGI gave me a window of 12-5 for when their repair man would be out.  He called ahead of time to let me know he was near (at 1:30) which was great.  He serviced the boiler.  He also fixed an improperly angled vent line from the gas water heater to the chimney.  The repair man was awesome as he answered questions and was very knowledgeable.  He let me know how to bleed air from the radiators and where the shut off's were, as well as how to flush sentiment from the water heater every 6 months.  UGI's service cost was $100 less than two other "A" rated Angie's List members.  It was only $135 for the service and $25 to fix the vent line.  I figure, if my gas bill goes to UGI, why not give them a shot at service.  They were excellent.

"Great! This was through home warranty plan. It was a simple matter of the water backed up in the water pan which caused the stopper to disconnect it. The technician knew immediately what it was, he cleaned out the line and the pan and checked everything else to make sure it was working. This is an older system so I was glad he was so thorough and there was no upselling of service, etc."

"My elderly father had called three different plumbers and none of them returned his calls. I had him contact Spidy Woman Plumbing after reading the reviews on Angies List. They went to his house, gave him a reasonable estimate, and completed the work thoroughly and did not leave a mess. They even put up with his "micromanaging" and "overseeing" with patience and understanding. Dad was extremely satisfied with the work and the customer service, and when he sells his house he will definitely recommend them to the future homeowner. Thank you!!"
