"Professional, punctual, honest, kind, and very responsible service. I had my house softening and filtration system installed a month ago. I haven't had any issues whatsoever. He did a very clean and seamless installation. I love the fact he was able to install all the equipment in the basement and even took the time to do it so it would occupy the minimum space possible. I bought a water tester a few days after the installation, just to be sure, and to this day we are getting pure drinkable water from the dedicated faucet in the kitchen and the white marks on faucets and hardware from hard water completely stopped. I TOTALLY recommend Chris' srevice."

"Lanney was very friendly and professional. He gave us a free estimate before relocating and installing our current whole house water filter. Even though it wasn't a system he sold, he still took care of us. He saved us because the company that sold us our system sold to another company and washed their hands of us. Lanney seems like a straight shooter, not selling us unnecessary add ones. He moved carefully within the home during the process to protect the interior of the home. (Ex. Used a dolly with bigger wheels to protect the stairway. Putting rugs down to protect the floors. ) He taught us things about our water heater we weren't aware of...things our builder neglected to tell us. "PureWater Plumbing My 20 plus year old water heater got flooded out when we go 6.5 inches of rain. The convetional water heater was in the crawl space in a hole below grade. The only real optin I had was to go to a tankless system. Lanney came out (early!), looked over the situation and gave me anestimate on a tankless Navian unit. The following Monday atric and Steve came out fot the installation. Both were professional, courteous, and efficient. The job was done neatly and cleaned up afterward.
