She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? During the check up, the technician discovered the rod was quite

corroded and it needed replacing.  The rod was quite expensive,

but the tech explained that I could probably find a part online

less expensive, but that Benjamin Franklin's guarantee and quality

was worth paying more.  I have had no problems with the water heater

and will call them again when it's time to replace.
