"Hunter, the technician, is professional and friendly. I usually pepper him with questions concerning our water softener system, which they installed. He always takes the time to answer any questions we have. Great company and staff."

"I would highly recommend Clear Water Concepts. I did my homework before I selected them, so they were not the only local company that I spoke to.. What won me over was the knowledge that Matt, the owner, had on water here in AZ.. In addition, they have been in business for long time and, more important, this is the ONLY thing they do...(they don't sell hot water heaters, install toilets, etc). The product we got was the Sanitech Pro-Line for the water softener.. The control unit they use is rated one of the best in the industry. We also got the Sanitech Hph water purification system for the kitchen.. Incredible unit, and did not take up a lot of space under the sink. They came ON TIME....Cleaned up after themselves, and took the time to explain how everything worked. A day after the install, there was a very small leak (small drip) on one of the lines under the sink. I called, and they sent someone out immediately. That is why I rate them very high on customer service.. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a water softener.."

"The crew showed up on time and were very professional. They immediately identified the problem and made the repairs quickly. They gave me a rundown of the repair and what to keep an eye on to prevent future problems. In addition, they checked the drip irrigation system and ensured everything was working properly before they left. I will definitely use this company again."

"Chris was great. He gave me a price last year that he honored and when I had a problem with the new soft water system, he came back in fixed it without any questions. I will only be using O2H for my water system needs. They do great work at a great price."

"Plumbing Masters is my #1 go to for all things water in my home! They are a professional, down to earth, and honest company! It is hard to find someone you trust in this business, as we all know about being oversold on things we might not really need.... Not with Plumbing Masters. They are honest and will do their best to save you money, but fix your problem! I highly recommend them! Also, super quick response time... I did not have to wait days without being able to use my shower! One last thing that sets them apart from their competition... they are "real" people. Check out their Instagram page to meet the owner and some of their employees!"

"They came to perform a water heater flush. They opened a valve to do the flush. When they opened it, it broke and was leaking, I had to pay an additional $99.00 to replace the valve because it was leaking. I would have appreciated some kind warning that it is possible for it to break before hand that way it would be my choice to continue. They also disconnected my water purifier which goes to my refrigerator and didn't reconnect it so now my refrigerator wont make ice. That is an additional expense I will have to pay out of pocket. He was the not the water purifier person so he may not have known, but he should have made that clear."

"Work was done quickly. He also reviewed house plumbing."

"Replaced hot water heater and noticed some bad wiring and replaced that at no charge."

"My husband had replace our existing faucet with a new one and had turned the water off at the outside valve  when he went to turn the water on the old gate valve froze shut there for we had no water inn the entire house. This part took place in the late afternoon. I arrived home from work at 3:30 and proceeded to Angies List to locate a plumber, after calling about  5 Above and Beyond Plumbing being one of them. I specifically was looking for one close by in our area as we live in the E valley. I had left a message with Rich about my problem and he returned my call not to long after he got the message. He said he could be here by 6 pm and of course we agreed.
At about 6 pm he again phoned & said he was running a little late and it would be another 30 min. He did arrive at approx. the time he said and got right to work with the valve. Our prior conversation on the phone he also told us about what the cost would be. He performed the work in a timely manner and made sure our water was on and running.. We will call then again if needed and recommend them to anyone that needs excellent service. We were very please do to the fact he was able to come as soon as he did and felt the price as fair. I rated the price as  a "B" as I do not know how much it would run with other company's.
