"Scott Fanatizzo was our plumber. First he turned off the water going to all the toilets. Then went outside to check the pressure valve to the house. It was not working and the pressure coming through the house was the same (121) as from the city to the house. After installing a new pressure valve outside, he checked all the toilets inside and found that only one needed the inners replaced. Problem solved. Scott was polite, neat and efficient! He called and left a voice message alerting me that he would be early, plus I received an email from the company telling the name of the plumber that would be doing the work along with his picture. Awesome customer service!! Great company!!"

"The installation was performed in one day plus two hours the next day. Mark and Kevin from Carini did a great job of arriving on time both days, keeping us informed of how the job would go and then how it was going during the day. A crane was needed to remove the old AC unit and bring in the new air conditioner to the backyard. The crane operator was early, but Mark and Kevin were ready with their part of the job to send the old AC on its way. They are very professional and treated our home very well. They left it clean at the end of work both days. We are now enjoying a warm house and looking forward to a cool summer. The new system is much quieter then our old one."

"I had a leak in my kitchen I suspected the dishwasher. They diagnosed a leaking water line. They told me to go buy a new dishwasher. They took out the old one so I could repair the damage to the cabinets they returned after the cabinet repair was made to install the new dishwasher. The told me I had to unplug the garbage disposal to use the dishwasher or have an electrician split the outlet. I called their office about getting an electrician and they told the technician to hardwire it as the other one had been. When they pulled it out to hardwire I noticed that the insulation had not been placed around the dishwasher. They then went and retrieved the insulation and added it. Total cost over $1000. I could have had Home Depot install it for $100 if I even really needed a. new dishwasher."

"Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. Jeff scheduled the water mitigation process to begin first thing Monday morning. We are especially grateful for the kindness these 2 professionals showed us in our time of need."
