Really appreciate the quick response and the work they’ve done. Very thorough and detailed explaining the issues we had and gave us tips on how to care for the new system they installed. "I would recommend them to others"

"Work was super fast and the price was really fair. Didn’t leave a mess like most contractors do. The guy was informative and helpful. Would hire again!"

"Work was explained and I feel I have someone I can call for anything I might need to know in the future"

"He was on time and took out my old system and installed the new one. The price was exactly what was quoted. Excellent service! He even called 5 days later to check on the install. Would highly recommend them."

"David and his son did a fantastic job installing our water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water. They were finished with both in about 1.5 hours. We thought we were seeing a tiny, tiny drip under the sink from the RO system, and when I called David he walked me through to check the filters to ensure they were screwed on tight enough. But if that didn't work, he offered to come back and take a look (everything was all good!) - fantastic service and definitely a great price! So happy to have softer, cleaner water running through my home!"

"I am an L.T.M. Water / Kinetico Water Filter System and Water Softener customer since 1998 and have been satisfied. I just replaced the water filter system. Kathy Johnson, sales and service, and Croy, service and installation, did a superb job! Kathy was outstanding, personable, professional, and knowledgeable! Croy was thorough and knowledgeable. An unbeatable team!"

"It worked out just fine. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount."
