"I called on a Tuesday and met with T.J. the same day. He tested my water to check the sulphur level, we have well water. He then showed me the system that would work for us, gave me a quote and installed it the following Saturday. He said Andrea would call when we need to have our filters changed and he would come out to do that. I highly recommend Aquasani."

"Donovan and John was quick to respond when my water heater went out. They installed a new water heater in very timely manner. Very professional and courteous. Explained every detail, which put me at ease. Highly recommend."

"I had an outside faucet problem. Zack found the issue was actually minor and repaired it easily. I will certainly call this company for any future plumbing issues. Great service and attitude."

"Good they were very nice and replaced water heater I would recommend them for plumbing"

"Road Runner called us immediately after submitting the request on Home Advisor and they were at our house within two hours. Our water heater was leaking and they said it couldn’t be repaired and must be replaced. They were able to complete the job the same day and the service technicians were very friendly. The only issue is that it was quite a bit more expensive than I expected. We got a 40 gallon Bradford White Defender installed with a pressure pump and the total cost with tax was $2600. Labor was well over half of the total which seemed excessive, but we were in a pinch so we agreed. Everything else was great."

"Our new water softener which is a Fleck SXT made our water soft but it stunk terrible. We couldnâ t stand it. It made me nauseated. We could not get the help from the company we purchased the system through. The only way they could help was for us to buy another $600 filter to add on to our water softener. The water guys tested our water. It was soft. They recommended for us to clean out our hot water heater and take out the anode rode. We did this which my husband said was easy. Now our water is absolutely wonderful. Soft. No smell such an easy way to fix a horrible problem. These guys were so nice. Did not charge us for the test of the water and the great advise which worked perfectly. . Would recommend them highly. They saved us hundreds of dollars from what the company wanted us to do. Thank you water guys. Hire these guys. They are so nice very knowledgeable and they donâ t take advantage of you with price. I am so glad we found you. Thank you so much. Evelyn in Strafford."

"Coby McCauley was very Knowlegable about our system and knew what we needed to make it operate in the best possible way."

"Great job with great communication and even better pricing!"

"Great. Old water heater busted during the holidays. Don came out to replace with a tankless model on New Years Day. He came back a few days later to address a whistle noise (fixed with a larger gas line) and install recirculation line for instant hot water to back of house at no additional charge. I'd recommend Road Runner highly based on my experience."

"Jim, the plumber, was fast, efficient, personable. The original ETA was NT met but we communicated throughout the process."
