"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"Raymond was absolutely wonderful! He came to look at our water heater about a half hour after we spoke on the phone (on his way to another job in the same town as us). He took his time looking over everything to see what could be causing the problems, explained what the possible repair options were if we didn't want to go with the option of replacing it. We decided to just replace it, which Raymond said he was able to do that same day after he finished with the other job in town which he said would take about two and a half to three hours. He arrived back at the house when he said he would, got the job done quickly and efficiently. Replaced all of the outdated pipes that weren't up to code as well. Very reasonable price for the work.
