"Of course plumbing problems are like medical emergencies. They only happen on weekends and holidays! LOL My daughter was staying with me and she came to my room in the middle of the night to tell me there was water all over the floor in the downstairs bathroom. We waited until about 8 a.m. then called Eric. He said he was on his way to Provo for an emergency, but would be to my house by 10. At about 9:45 he called and said he was on his way. When I opened the door, I saw a young man, nicely dressed and very professional. He came in, assessed the problem and went back out to his truck. He brought in the drain cleaning machine and broke up the clog in no time at all. Yay! methinks. He was able to take my credit card and off he went on another call. I proceeded to start a batch of laundry and, OH NO! the drain back up again. I texted Eric back and he was at my house in minutes. He explained that sometimes the clog is so thick, it collapses back on itself. He recleaned the drain and suggested some remedies I could try to keep it from happening again. I am very impressed with Eric and his business practices. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I will be recommending them to all my friends and family !"

"Whipple Heating and Air - A Service Whipple Heating and Air was a lifesaver when our AC died on a hot August day. They arrived the next day! Frank and his team were professional and thorough, explaining everything clearly. The quote was detailed and honest - no surprises! The installation crew was fantastic, respectful of our home, and worked tirelessly. They cleaned up perfectly too. I learned so much about maintaining my system and highly recommend their service subscription to clean your HvAC and hot water heater multiple times a year. Great company, great service!"

"Wes was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem with my water heater. We went through my options and Wes educated me along the way to help me make the decision on what I should do. He even showed me what was wrong so I knew I could trust him. Iâ ve already scheduled Plumbing and Company to come back and install a new vanity sink in my bathroom. Glad to have found a plumber I can trust."

"Project: Remove 2 old water heaters, re-do plumbing, and install new tankless water heater and new water-softener. They were thorough, professional, helpful, and did a total 5 star job! We'd hire them again, we were very happy with their service."

"Gas water heater finally went out and we wanted to get a quote for replacing 40 gal with 50 gal and also switching to a gas tankless. I found 4 service providers on Angi last niggt and got estimates from all 4 this morning. Trent with Neon Plumbing and Air was the 4th estimate and without question I’m glad we went with Neon! Trent was very knowledgeable, informative, attentive to detail and explained pros and cons for both types and very transparent about everything. He was able to get all supplies today and come back in about 90 minutes and completely take out old tank and install new Navien tankless water heater including updated to code plumbing and exhaust vent. I highly highly recommend Neon to anyone considering any kind of heating, air or water service and ask for Trent if possible!"
