"Abdiel was super to work with. He really knew his stuff and explained so many things to me that I did not know before. He gave me such a great deal that i couldn't say no. The system is perfect and the water delightful. Lucian installed the system. Couldn't have asked for anyone more gentlemanly. Very meticulous about his work. Seems to be a great company all around."

"Matt came to my home to give an estimate on a water softener. He was very kind and patient as he explained what would have to be done and answered all questions that I had. I look forward to the actual installation of my water softener. Thank you!"

"Glenn was very professional and went out of his way to please us.  The installation of the RO and water conditioner went really well.  The installers went right to work and were friendly.  Right away we noticed such a difference in the water.  It's amazing!  We couldn't be happier with what we purchased!"

"I would highly recommend Clear Water Concepts. I did my homework before I selected them, so they were not the only local company that I spoke to.. What won me over was the knowledge that Matt, the owner, had on water here in AZ.. In addition, they have been in business for long time and, more important, this is the ONLY thing they do...(they don't sell hot water heaters, install toilets, etc). The product we got was the Sanitech Pro-Line for the water softener.. The control unit they use is rated one of the best in the industry. We also got the Sanitech Hph water purification system for the kitchen.. Incredible unit, and did not take up a lot of space under the sink. They came ON TIME....Cleaned up after themselves, and took the time to explain how everything worked. A day after the install, there was a very small leak (small drip) on one of the lines under the sink. I called, and they sent someone out immediately. That is why I rate them very high on customer service.. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a water softener.."

"We had a water softener and R.O. installed and are very pleased with both products. If you are drinking water from a purifier in your refrigerator, you would be surprised how much cleaner and better the water tastes from an R.O. system. Working with Hunter always felt very comfortable as well. Not pushy salespeople....just knowledgable."

"Project: Replace a Water Reverse Osmosis Treatment & Purification System . Junior was professional in replacing our two cartridges and eleven-year-old tank this morning (4/9/21) . Now the system functions like new and the cost was very reasonable. I am fortunate that I began our reverse osmosis system installed by Kinetico water service eleven years ago and it has continued to service us since then!"
