I also asked them to put in a automatic shut off valve by flood guard and asked them to put in a catch pan under the hot water tank. Everything is nice and tidy, Jeff did a great job. He was on time this morning and was done just before 11:00. Call center and dispatch were very helpful to get everything scheduled. Upfront pricing helped to make the detmination as it is a fair price for a high quality Bradford White water heater."

"Lowest cost of four bids, but I still had "sticker shock". Our serviceman was Sean - extremely knowledgeable about our specific system. He replaced the compressor with the same model as the original (no makeshift part) and several associated components which the competition did not include in their quotes. Did the work in less than a day. The system runs better and quieter than when new! I asked why he replaced the capacitors and plug to the compressor. He said these usually start to give trouble after ten years or so (our system is just over ten years) and he wanted to reduce the chance for a callback. Knowledgeable service, lowest bid, give the customer more than they ask for! Sounds like 5 plus stars to me. Just a little taken aback by how much this service costs these days."
