"I had called out 4 different companies to come and give us an estimate. West Coast Plumbing was the 4th and final one to come out. I had kinda resigned to the fact that we were just going to some how borrow the money to get the water main fixed. The City of course says it needs to be done within 30 days of some kind of leak being noticed by us the homeowner. Our water bill jumped up by $600.00 Long story short, John from West Coast Plumbing came out to take a look. John not only thoroughly took a look at what we already dug out , but told us he can't say for sure until he can get a better look. John said the first thing that needed to be done was have 811 out and to mark all the lines so nothing gets accidentally hit while the digging is going on. He said he would proceed to write me up a estimate that covered the minimal to the worse case scenario. It was very detailed and answered all of my questions. I decided to go with West Coast Plumbing. Not only was John very knowledgeable, but professional and friendly. He was also the only one that said 811 needed to be out before anything could be done. It was better to be safe than sorry. John called 811 and they were all here and done the same day. I was not charged for the trip out by John, it was a free estimate. I was told by another company it was a free estimate and then charged $150.00. I just can't say enough about John and West Coast Plumbing. Michelle who initially set the appointment up was also very helpful and very nice. We also got a Military discount. Thank you for making this experience less stressful. Cynthia M Orting, Washington"

"Kyle was very helpful and I learned some things about my tankless water heater that previous company reps never mentioned. I ended up just flushing rather than replacing my tank. The estimate to replace my tank was 60% higher than a previous company estimate and I thought the previous bid was outrageous."

"Hunt's was able to respond quickly and install a new hot water heater. The quality of the work and the equipment is top notch. It was expensive but done quickly and correctly."

"The leak is fixed and I am no longer wasting water!"

"They did a excellent job. I had 3 plumbing companies out to try and figure out why I had no hot water in my home but premier did. The first company said I had a faulty water heater. Heater was only 7 years old. They replaced it and told me to wait 2 hours and still no hot water. They came back out and said it was a defective unit. They replaced it and still same issue. I hired another company and they couldnt figure it out. Here comes the professionals. Premier checked everything and found I had a faulty shower cartridge. The cold was mixing into the hot. Easy fix and we had hot water again. Thanks again premier plumbing. Ask for the tech Chriss. He is awesome."

"Eddie Cook, the owner, seemed very knowledgable about the plumbing trade, He made several suggestions which we incorporated into the project. The price was very reasonable, he was punctual and professional. He had virtually all the tools and fittings needed for the job, he was prepared. He was extremely conscientious in his work, left no mess and seemed meticulous about double checking fittings and looking for residual leaks. I will definitely recommend E & L Home Repair LLC to all my friends and relatives"

"i didn't hire directly.  they came via a home insurance company referral to look at a problem.
they were solid.  liked the guy who came out.  he tried his best to get our water heater replaced by the water heater company, but ultimately they would only pay for a replacement, at which point i cut my losses and hired someone else - b/c the water heater was 19 years old and it would have been a temporary fix.
