"The Water Doctor promptly returned my call at 5pm on Thanksgiving evening. They agreed to come out the next morning (on a holiday!) to service our failed well. They communicated their status to us constantly and after arriving, were courteous and professional; they explained what they were doing and showed us their findings. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy.
