"Contracted for a specific system, but on day of installation,, substituted another system because they did not check plumbing of house to know ahead of time what systems could be installed. Subcontractor was not available to finish install on appointment date, had to schedule a second install date to finish the whole installation process, so am waiting for the whole process to be completed. Am unsure at this point if I made the right decision on the service provider. Time will tell I guess. They were also the most expensive of the three service providers in my area, and unwilling to match or negotiate the installation prices of the other two service providers. Salesman, installation techs were clean and professional."

At PG Plumbing we have a simple yet powerful reason for starting our plumbing company: to bring a breath of fresh air to the plumbing industry in Fort Wayne and Allen County.\n\nWith the rise of large corporate plumbing conglomerates, we noticed the disappearance of the small, locally-owned plumbing businesses that once thrived in our community. This inspired us to step in and make a difference.\n\nOur mission is clear: we are here to provide our customers with cost-effective, personal experiences rather than prioritizing profit margins. We understand the frustration that often comes with plumbing issues, and our goal is to alleviate that stress with a service you can trust.\n\nWe invite you to choose PG Plumbing a local, employee-owned, reliable, and trustworthy team, for all your plumbing needs. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to providing you with the best service possible. Thank you for considering us as your plumbing partner in Fort Wayne.

"Chance was great. He installed our 3-stage water filtration system (US Water sediment, carbon, and Pulsar UV) with an existing softener, a new water heater, and fixed two shower leaks (one drain, one valve). In all of these, he efficiently evaluated each system and made the necessary updates. This was working with a plumbing system originally installed in the 1980s. Fair pricing, and very professional. We highly recommend him."

"I love my Culligan Twin Water Softener and AC-30 Reverse Osmosis. We have the best water available, soft water for laundry and bathing and great tasting Reverse Osmosis for drinking and cooking. The people at Culligan are wonderful. I would recommend this company to everyone. Quality products, fair price, and friendly service. I give Culligan an A+"

Changes Unlimited did a great job redoing our shower and installing new tile on and around the shower floor.  Jake was very responsive, came out quickly, and provided us with an estimate right away.  Jake had Nick perform the actual remodel and installation.  Nick was a true professional.  He did good work and always kept us inform on what was going on and his next steps.  We were very pleased with the services provided and would definitely use them again.

"I would have given 5 stars, except that I had to call back the company because the system controls were not set up properly. Overall I thought they were fair in their pricing, efficient in the install process very knowledgeable."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."
