"Very good about telling me the details about his product and install process, even rerouted outside water to spigot for watering outside grass and plants."

"I normally do not write bad reviews, I talk directly to the business. Unfortunately, that hasn't produced good results. Almost 4 years ago, Hague Water Systems contacted me regarding a water softener. I needed to replace my water tank so I purchased both from them. I have been happy with the system and the installer/service technicians until last year. Installer and service technicians anre great! About a year ago I noticed that the hot water tank was leaking and called Hague. I was told that they don't warranty hot water tanks and that I needed to contact the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and they said it does have a warranty and to contact the installer to replace it. I've gotten all kinds of excuses from Hague "we don't warranty that, we are short installers, that is another dept, etc." Hague hasn't even come to check it out. I'm attaching pictures of the mess I'm dealing with. They say they warranty their products. I still have a defective hot water tan"

"They are doing a great job on solving my heating system I am very happy and would hire again"
