"John was Great!!! Our first appointment had to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, but John communicated the issue immediately which was much appreciated, and set new appointment. When John came arrived on time (A+) Professional and listened to my idea/suggestion (A+) Did the job in less than the estimated time (A+) Cleaned and REPAIRED the wall area which I didn't expect (A+) Price was 1/3 of what others wanted to charge. Definitely, recommend NorCal Water Treatment to others, and will be rehiring for future plumbing projects/issues. I'm real BIG on customer service/professionalism and John is "The Man!""

"Oak called 2nd but came next day/ UN-prepared to do either repair or water test (requested on phone) or even replace with ready new ADA toilet that the lying receptionist booker said they have “some in stock and if not he will show a catalog of choices”. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

"Everything went ok as far as I could tell, but yesterday a plumber told me the gas line was not large enough and that is why the water heater is not working properly."

"Had a very good experience. He showed up when he said he would and installed the water heater in a timely manner. I highly recommend."

"Eddie's Plumbing Eddie was very professional and explained with need to be done to correct the plumbing problem. He replaced the worn pipes and welded them together. The pipes no longer leak, and the sprinkler system is working. I would highly recommend Ed for any plumbing job."

"Eduardo and his team were quick to respond and get the installation of water heater completed the same day. Professional, clean, good-quality work and great brand eater heater. Thank you!"

"Since our water heater chose to quit working on a Saturday afternoon, we were glumly anticipating cold showers and no clean laundry for Monday back to work. Instead, Matt was early (arriving 1.5 hours earlier than estimated on a Sunday), he clearly explained the (slight) differences between the two types of recommended water heaters, he installed the water heater quickly, and we're back on track for our Sunday cleaning and laundry."
