"I feel so much better our family has cleaner drinking water! I have been considering getting a whole house water purification system and found Kinetico by AAA Water Systems. We had an appointment with Damian Fernandez. He was so nice and took the time to make sure we understood how the water system works and answered all of our questions. I was also horrified that the water test showed that what we had been drinking barely met regulations. The installation only took one day to complete. Jessie was courteous and confirmed my preferences before installing the system. The tanks take up much less space in our garage than I thought. Then Jessie walked through how to turn it off and on as well as how to maintain it. In the end I’m very pleased with the service and product! Here are a few things to consider… laundry pods have too much detergent and will stain your clothes. After the system is installed you’ll need much less detergent (money saver) for the washer and dishwasher. Also you’ll need to decide where you want your untreated water faucet to be. I chose inside the garage with the treatment system but I wish I would’ve chosen the outside faucet so I can water my plants with that water. Also if you’re like us with conserving water in this drought, keep in mind you can’t use the grey water from the house in your yard or garden. The treated water is not good for plants. Your house plants need to be watered with the hard, untreated water."

"Oak called 2nd but came next day/ UN-prepared to do either repair or water test (requested on phone) or even replace with ready new ADA toilet that the lying receptionist booker said they have “some in stock and if not he will show a catalog of choices”. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

On my way out the door this morning I noticed that water was leaking from the control pipe we have coming out of hot water heater that leads to outside on front patio.  Freaked out thinking the hot water heater was busted.

As I was getting in the car I yelled to my husband to call Savior Plumbing to have them come take a look and see if we could get a new water heater.

My husband called and was told someone would arrive between 2 and 4 PM.  I got a call from my husband way before noon saying Savior Plumbing called him back, had a cancellation and they'd be right over.  They examined the issue and determined there was a corroded pipe.  They cut away the piece, installed and welded a new pipe in place and then VIOLA!  No leak and hot water flowing great.  Was worried the heater would need to be replaced as it is well over 10 years old but was told it looks brand new and is in great shape.  Guess previous home owner bought a nice model! 

Can't say enough about how happy we are with the service given.  Technician did not try to oversell or up-sell anything - just fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. 

We've used them once before to fix a couple of minor issues throughout the house and they are always very honest and trustworthy which is unusual in the plumbing industry from my past experiences with other companies.
