"On Tuesday we set up an appointment for Thursday afternoon to have the faucets replaced. This morning (Wednesday) Mr. Wise called and asked if it would be OK if he did the job this afternoon. Since both my wife and myself were going to be home it was certainly OK with us if he did the job today. Mr Wise, along with his helper, arrived promptly and went to work. Although Will, our installation guy, had gotten delayed everything turned out well. From the time Will arrived, he was very professional, neat as he kept cleaning up any mess made and took time to answer any/all questions which we both had. We had another competitor, started with a C, while in East TN and loved the system with not too many issues. However, upon doing research here and having a water bill, the fact that Kinetico uses the force of the water for regeneration and to clean only made sense; plus the fact that it uses very little water, purified water as well in order to clean - this was important to us. We've not seen our water bill increase but a few cents and three months later, still not had to add salt. GREAT JOB!"
