What held me back were two things, uncertainty as to which product to use to actually get the desired results and price. "The installation itself went well, and the additional items promised were received. We negotiated for more items since we didn't need an additional RO filter. NOW here is the BUT. We do have satisfactory whole house basic filtration, BUT it adjusts the pH the wrong way for us. Sales person tested water but I don't think she was used to seeing high pH like we have out here. We really needed a different solution to take care of that, but that wasn't suggested. So our water is even softer now. This keeps us from being satisfied with what is a good product otherwise. Last periodic servicing January 2017, satisfactorily performed."
