"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"Hired Clear and Simple Water service after speaking with 5 different companies in the area. Brian discussed options and provided a plan to "fix" my water. First time on well water (15 hardness, with 2.5 ppm Ferrous Iron) and was used to city water systems. Installed a water softener, RO system, and UV sterilization. Quick, easy install. "Called on Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for Thursday PM. Canney's called at 11:40 Thursday and said technician would arrive in 30 minutes. Technician arrived at 12:08. While working initial issue, he identified several others that he fixed, The technician also provided several tips on how I could keep the water softener system running smoothly. Water softener system is now operational. The total service call was about 45 minutes."
