"Alex was genuine and not the run of the mill type salesperson. He truly cares about the client and their needs. His presentation was thoughtful and thorough. This system is comparable to the others, but less money and a much better value overall. Scott was also very helpful and communicative during the process from start to finish. Installers were clean, tidy and efficient."

"Pedro did an exceptional job. He is extremely knowledgeable and his prices are reasonable. Thank you for keeping our water safe for me and my children. You?re the best!"

"Just had my water softener and chlorinator annual service accomplished by Pure Touch. About 10 days later, I noticed a problem with the controller. Pure Touch has a 30 day no charge service call warranty. The controller suffered an internal failure. Pure Touch made 3 separate trips and stood by their warranty. For approximately 15 years, I have used Pure Touch. Besides being professional and knowledgeable, the main reason I am a loyal customer is they are honest, dependable and always go the extra mile."
