When Kristie did the quotation over the phone, few things required extra work from Kevin, the water softener required an electrical plug that was not readily available and the evacuation was on the other side of the garage; regarding the reverse osmosis, the fridge being opposite from the sink, again it took quite some time to hook it so Kevin had to come back a second time to finish all the work. All this was done with no surcharge. (And the second time I had the pleasure to meet Kristie). Kristie and Kevin are reliable, they keep their word and things are straightforward. I wish all installations/contractors could do business the way they do. They deliver what they promised, it is as simple as that and they are super friendly.
