Replacing the entire system cost only $250 more than repairing, so I went for it. I was at work, but my roommate was home when Kevin returned to make the repair. He said the water would be out for a couple of hours, but it was less time than that. The water has been even softer than it was before ever since. Very happy with my purchase! Johnathan that installed our system was knowledgeable and clearly enjoyed and took pride in his work. From the time our water was tested to the install being complete was a whopping two days. I would highly recommend florida water testing if you need any kind of water treatment. Our well water turned our toilets and tubs yellow and we had the smell of rotting leaves.
