"We had a hot spot on the floor and a high gas bill last month leading us to suspect a slab leak. We called several plumbing services and Personal Plumbing was able to come out the next day with their own slab leak tech. The techs were on time and took about three hours to find the leak and reroute and place pipe to repair. They were able to avoid more holes in the drywall by placing the pipe on the exterior garage side, extending us savings. They also showed great integrity by letting us know that any repair would also have to replace factory pressure valve that was no longer working (putting pressure on our system). We will definitely keep them in mind for any other plumbing work we need done!"

"Randy the sales rep set up the order for a replacement HVAC system, managed to find inventory in these post-pandemic days of shortages, Chuy and his workmate Eddie did a great job of installing the inside and outside parts of the system while adapting to the unique issues in our condo and then taught us how to use it. The office staff supported them and it all went in place very nicely. Pricing was not cheap but it was competitive. I would not hesitate to use Baker for my future needs. Oh, and the workers were very respectful of our home and wore boot covers and placed covers over things in a closet that was used for attic access."

"So Cal Water was the first call we got about our project. It only took them about 5 mins. to call! They estimated that it would only take an hour to install our reverse osmosis system and quoted a fair price on the phone, so we hired them. A problem did occur when the plumber did NOT show up during the agreed window of time, and it took a call to the office to find out that he was running about an hour late. We were given the option of rescheduling, but the later time was not a problem for us. When he did arrive, he was polite and efficient and completed the job in LESS time than was quoted, so charged us accordingly. So overall, this was a good experience."
