They tried to pull the new line through but were unsuccessful so they eventually had to trench through my yard to install the new copper line. In order to do this, they did have to cut through my concrete driveway which I had to get patched. After some adjustments were made with the new water pressure valve the system works great."

I made an appointment with the scheduler BUT Michael Bonsby called me to understand the problem and to explain/assure me that they would ensure a thorough check on the gas line/safety. Mark the specialist spent a good couple hours going through every corner of the gas/water lines and sent me a written report.
