"My water softener (which I inherited from my grandmother) was stuck in an endless purge cycle, so I called the man who installed it, but he was no longer in business. I looked on Angie's list for another merchant. I found AOK and the reviews looked good, I liked that it was a family-owned company, and the prices that people paid were in my feasible range. I made the appointment to have my softener looked at, and Kevin showed up a few minutes early. We reviewed my options, and we determined that my system, which was not new when I inherited it a few years ago, was too old to fix for a price that made sense. Replacing the entire system cost only $250 more than repairing, so I went for it. I was at work, but my roommate was home when Kevin returned to make the repair. He said the water would be out for a couple of hours, but it was less time than that. The water has been even softer than it was before ever since. Very happy with my purchase! The grade of B for price merely means that I had not intended to pay that much; it is not meant as a criticism of AOK's prices. The grade of B for Quality reflects minor complaints, like leaving the soil turned over and piled up around the softener, leaving an empty sports drink bottle, leaving the cord from the old system balled up on the ground, etc. They were really minor annoyances; I would use AOK again in a heartbeat."

"This is a great investment over replacing water softener. No salt or electricity needed. Water taste great as good as bottled. No sediment in toilets anymore. Very pleased."

"This company is by far one of the best I have dealt with. Kevin is amazing at explaining everything to me . He explained step by step what he recommended me to do. He installed a new water softener and did an amazing job . He than explained to me what to look for and how the unit worked . Would highly recommend this company . Thanks Kevin"

"Rob was very knowledgeable amd they are very professional to work with. Love my water now. Very easy process. Got our water treatment system installed in a day. Awesome company to work with."

"All Clean Water was a pleasure to work with . They offer a reasonable price and did a great job with the water filtration installation- the water in our house is so clean now! They took the time to answer any of our questions. Also, they didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need. I highly recommend them."

"Love the Puronics system. We’ve been a loyal customer since July 2015. Never had a issue at all and have recommended to everyone that’s ever asked HOWEVER my only disappointment is we were told that they would remove and instal one time for free if we moved. We are getting ready to have our floor coated and although we aren’t moving we called to ask if they could unhook it for a week and hook it back up. (Same as a move in my opinion) and they said, if it’s not in your contract then it’s $500+ to do it. What a bummer!! So no matter what the sales person tells you, MAKE SURE ITS IN THE CONTRACT because verbal agreements don’t get honored."

"They were on time and the service was good. I have been using them for about 3-4 years. They installed my water softener system and my reverse osmosis system. I am on a plan to replenish the salt in my water softener and they do a good job. If I had any problem with plumbing, they are responsive I would recommend them to anybody."
