"I got several quotes on installing a tankless water heater. Not only did Don have the lowest price, he is also certified to service and repair the unit. I will call him for any future plumbing needs."

"Great. Old water heater busted during the holidays. Don came out to replace with a tankless model on New Years Day. He came back a few days later to address a whistle noise (fixed with a larger gas line) and install recirculation line for instant hot water to back of house at no additional charge. I'd recommend Road Runner highly based on my experience."

"Jim was polite and friendly. He cleared the drain. He said in the bid it would take an hour for $115, but ended up taking 90 minutes, and I was charged for a full two hours. The bill was $210. It was during Covid-19 and he tried very hard to be sanitary and safe. The company is McReynolds Plumbing and Water Systems from Siloam Springs. Not sure why they don not use their real name on Home Advisor."

"They were great and seemed very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Took them no time at all to put a new water heater in."
