"Mike and his team were very responsive from my first contact with Karsare Water Systems. I had a water softener system that developed a problem. Mike came to my home to access my situation and to troubleshoot for possible causes. Mike was very proactive in attempting to determine if repair or replacement was best option and most cost effective. After considering 3 options provided by Mike, I elected to have my older unit replaced with a more efficient Kinetico water softener. Due to manufacturing delays caused by COVID, new unit delivery was delayed a few weeks. This was NOT the fault of Karsare. Upon receipt of new units in their inventory, company immediately contacted me to schedule install appointment. Technician arrived on time as scheduled and immediately went to work replacing my older water softener. Technician worked quickly and had new unit up and running in about 2 hours. Cleaned up area around his work space. Great experience from beginning to the end. Kinetico water systems are not the cheapest in the industry but provide a high quality water softener system for homeowners like me. Karsare is a very professional, knowledgeable, and customer focused company."

"Our water line was repaired with minimal disturbance to the lawn."

"The installation today by Cory could not have gone better. He called before arrival, gave me a fair estimate before starting work, completed the work in no time flat (less than 2 hours) and was a complete pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable electrician who I easily conferred with about other electrical issues and I would gladly work with Cory in the future. Highly recommended!"

"They had the work scheduled within a week. It was a ground water issue. We installed a collector box, dug up the damaged clay pipe, installed a section of PVC and backfilled. We were pleased with how soon they were able to start and the ability to be flexible when the problem was somewhat different from what we originally thought. I would use them again."

"Bluegrass Water Treatments was nothing but life changing for my skin and hair. Our water was horrible in Lexington,Ky and now it’s a serious transformation. Thanks again"

"Salesman overpromised and misstated the use amount of water the unit would use but the tech was great and we worked it out to an understanding of the details consistent with the manual"

"911 handyman was very punctual professional and honest. He did a wonderful job replacing my shower in my master bedroom. I myself am a first responder and don’t have a lot of time with 12 hour shifts and he was very quick also but did not cut any corners. I will definitely use 911 handyman in the future! Satisfied customer here. Sara P Kentucky"
