He presented me with a lower cost option that could have been done same day but I chose to replace a 17 year old system with a new system that is more accurate (better monitors water use) and less costly to operate because it uses less salt. He performed several preventative maintenance updates: re-piped and plumbed in a new particulate cartridge, cleaned the screen on the radon system and replaced the solenoids, all within the cost of what other companies quoted for only the water softener replacement. The last technician that serviced our water systems (Radon & RO) rushed through the job and left them in worse shape than they were before he "serviced" them. "I can't thank Steve enough for the work he did for us.  We had a few small parts of our Central AC system that had fried on us.  When we called Steve the temperature was 95 degrees and he understood the need to repair the system as soon as possible.  He came out within 24 hours, diagnosed the problem and returned with the proper part to fix it.  He was the 4th person we had look at our system and his quote was by far the cheapest.  My only regret is that I am just now writing this review instead of doing it after the work was done.  We found Steve to be professional, prompt and very nice to deal with.  We will certainly use him again if needed.
