We didn't want to call the Culligan company because of their reputation for excessive service charges. I went into the Home Advisor site to see what other vendors charged for this kind of service but I still ended up with a Culligan servicer, Culligan Water Conditioning! We were quoted an amount that was lower than the amount we paid before so we decided to go with them. The tech rep, Steve Easters, impressed us with his efficiency and his affable nature that we decided to have him replace our filters in the future even if we know that we can save a lot by replacing them ourselves. He is one of the better technical reps we had come across during the 40+ years we have lived in the U.S. Culligan is lucky to have him."

Also, upon calling Anthony that I decided to purchase their water softener/filter, they were promptly here the next day and installed. "Even though they pre -checked and previewed my whole house water treatment system, they came unprepared without the components needed for my job. This resulted in my home being without water for about 4 hours. The installation was just short of an hour after they returned. The price was a bit high in my opinion, but otherwise they were very nice , clean and respectful of our wishes. They were also very timely in their response and scheduling. During this time of pandemic, they wore booties, and masks and tried to keep social distancing."
