Very nice, polite, prompt, but he basically did what the first drain cleaner had done, and that didn't fix the problem. HE SAID he didn't have the small snake on the truck to do the lines from the kitchen and laundry room. Why would HOPE send out someone who didn't have the proper equipment on the truck? Nothing was fixed at this point. THIRD: Kevin called the office and they said they wouldn't take the coupon that was given to us by Matt."

"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"I think it was fine. Actually, my wife coordinated that one but I don't think we have any problems with it. I'm not sure if we paid extra charge aside from the deal because  I wasn't at home when the guy came out to do the job. We've used them before and they are the one who installed the water system in our house. I don't think they standout exemplary or horribly bad but the service that they have provided to us was what we expected."
