We decided on one location and then when it came time to install, I was asked by the lead plumber if it was ok to put it next to the water main. I said, if it s ok to, then I m fine with it. The city came to inspect and failed it because a check valve needs to be on property and not on a park way. They had to come back out, re-dig a hole, wait for the city to come back to re-inspect it then they had to come back and fill everything in. This dragged a the whole process out to over two weeks rather then 3-5 days."
