"Just had a water system installed, including RO, carbon and water softener. Only been running a few days so still have to see performance over long-haul. Brad has been very helpful so far and Jack and his team did a good job with the install. They've been responsive to questions, and also came back to install a water pressure regulator for a reasonable cost. So far, so good with ProWater."

"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"They promptly answered my request to repair my water heater. During the conversation, I asked about a tankless system. Mr. Leon explained the advantages and I purchased the tankless system. It was installed the next day and I am very happy with it."

""One Water" employees are professional and courteous. System was installed in a few hours. It's been 2 weeks since we got the unit installed and we are happy with the quality of water that we are now able to get from every faucet in the house."

"It went very A to B. I am usually very busy so it was nice to have it scheduled and installed quickly with no issues by Ameritek. Having clean water for my drinking/cooking and cleaning/bathing was necessary - I also have pets and I want good water for them, too."

"I paid additional, because they installed water pressure regulator."

"We had a stoppage in our patio drainage system near where several pipes meet. It wasn't clear exactly what the best avenue of attack would be. I suggested one opening which I thought was the straightest shot to the problem, but there was another the tech wanted to try first. That one seemed to lead to a T that couldn't be passed. The tech then used my original suggestion and that turned out to do the trick after some struggle with the blockage. There is usually an additional charge for going down more than one drain hole, but since success came with my original suggestion there was no additional charge which I thought was fair. In any event problem solved quickly and for the agreed upon price.
BTW, concerning the price, there is a rate sheet on their web page that lays it all out which I appreciate. There are 3 tiers: regular, overtime and double time which correspond to regular hours, off hours/weekends, and late hours/sunday/holidays. I had the work done on a Saturday morning so the indicated rate was overtime. However, there was a moment of confusion at the point of final payment when the office claimed it should be double time since it was Thanksgiving weekend. The rate sheet, original over the phone conversation and the quote from the tech on arrival all were for the overtime not the double time rate. To their credit, this was honored without too much fuss. The take away here is make sure you know which rate you are expected to pay especially when you are booking on or near a holiday. For example, is the Saturday of Easter weekend double time? It might be.
Anyway, great experience. I recommend The Drain Co.
