"Wow talk about an improvement on quality of life. And I feel lucky that we ended up with Damian Fernandez who was such a naturally great person. I received a call from Damian shortly after I inquired with home depot for a whole house water treatment system. He came on-time and well-prepared for my appointment providing a positively enlightening and enjoyable experience. What was also nice was that he did not pressure me to purchase anything. I settled for the top-tiered product that Kinetico offered which was a very expensive system and wished that I didn’t have to spend that much. Still, expensive upfront but besides the greatly improved quality of life, I will be saving on future costs from damages that hard water can cause on my new home, appliances, and health. I’ve been suffering from dry skin, and eczema throughout my face and body. I’ve used a lot of different skin products and they’ve just provided temporary relief. Long story short, my skin has never felt better and it feels so good thanks to Kinetico’s water system. Also, the installation of our water system was perfect and problem free thanks to Ben. I am very pleased with their product and would highly recommend it to anyone. I also strongly recommend having Damian Fernandez help you with your home water treatment needs."

"Oak called 2nd but came next day/ UN-prepared to do either repair or water test (requested on phone) or even replace with ready new ADA toilet that the lying receptionist booker said they have “some in stock and if not he will show a catalog of choices”. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

On my way out the door this morning I noticed that water was leaking from the control pipe we have coming out of hot water heater that leads to outside on front patio.  Freaked out thinking the hot water heater was busted.

As I was getting in the car I yelled to my husband to call Savior Plumbing to have them come take a look and see if we could get a new water heater.

My husband called and was told someone would arrive between 2 and 4 PM.  I got a call from my husband way before noon saying Savior Plumbing called him back, had a cancellation and they'd be right over.  They examined the issue and determined there was a corroded pipe.  They cut away the piece, installed and welded a new pipe in place and then VIOLA!  No leak and hot water flowing great.  Was worried the heater would need to be replaced as it is well over 10 years old but was told it looks brand new and is in great shape.  Guess previous home owner bought a nice model! 

Can't say enough about how happy we are with the service given.  Technician did not try to oversell or up-sell anything - just fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. 

We've used them once before to fix a couple of minor issues throughout the house and they are always very honest and trustworthy which is unusual in the plumbing industry from my past experiences with other companies.
