"I thought I needed a filtration system but they said all I needed was a softening system and it's getting the job done. It's lovely. I called them. They said they needed to test the specimen to find out what I needed. I took a specimen to the office and they checked it. She confirmed with her boss. He called me and told me what I needed and how much it would cost. I said yes and they did it. The price was reasonable. The only problem is that they close at 4 or 4:30 in the afternoon. If you are out running errands, it's not one of those places that is open till 6."

Their quote on a tankless water heater (which is my next project) was also the best I received out of three different companies. The front desk staff are always very pleasant when I've called to set up an appointment and have availability within a few business days. The project had to be delayed due to my water meter had to be located. The plumber called city and the meter was located and Ease was here early the next day. He was very polite and advised me of everything he did. Before the project was completed he had to call another plumber out to bring a part and when he arrived he was just as courteous. They made sure everything was cleaned and all trash taken from the property before leaving. This was my first time having major plumbing work done and I was very pleased.
