"I had just purchased a house with water supplied from a well. The iron content and hardness of the water is very high. I run aquariums so I had performed my own water tests. They came out, analyzed the water, and confirmed my own tests. They installed an iron filter, water softener, carbon filter, and (my own supplied) UV system. They were quick to perform the job and were very thorough. The installation looks great, and the water is clear and doesn't leave a residue anymore. They looked at the water lines they removed and they were filled with iron residue. I'm confident I made the right choice."

"I discovered a leak in my basement around 4 :00 in the afternoon. I immediately called 4 or 5 plumbers to get it repaired ASAP. I knew that calling late afternoon would present a challenge. I spoke to Joseph and he instructed me to text pictures. He came out at 8:00 AM the next morning. He replaced the copper joint. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was grateful for his quick service. I only had 1 other plumber return my call and that was the next day, long after it was repaired. I highly recommend."

"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"You can't get this many good reviews on AngiesList without being a good/credible company, and Logan obviously has a lot of good reviews. But, the true measure of a company is how they respond when things do not go right. And, on that front, Logan Services is also an A+ company all the way. 
Logan sold/installed a new furnace and cooling system for us. There were so many unexpected issues related to equipment failures I can't even count them all. Logan had to send techs out many times for problems/issues with the unit not performing as it should. You name the "one-in-a-million" problem, we had that problem. It was frustrating but what was most remarkable is how Logan responded throughout. They were 100% committed to making the situation right, they went above and beyond to make it right. They never left our side as we worked out the issues. Our heating and cooling system now works as it should. The Logan customer service and Logan technicians (Jeff, Eric to name a few) are second to none. They don't try to upsell you crap you don't need, they are honest,they stand behind their work and if something isn't perfect they make it perfect. If I had to buy a new heating/cooling system I wouldn't use anyone but Logan Services. Logan Services is simply the best. "
