Pure Touch has a 30 day no charge service call warranty. The controller suffered an internal failure. Pure Touch made 3 separate trips and stood by their warranty. Mike came out to take a look at our system that day and we went over the options of cleaning the old one up and replacing parts as well as the cost of doing a replacement. It was more affordable to get a new system then to refurbish the old one. Four days later Mike was back to install the new whole house filter and softening system.
