"Jesse took my old water Softner out and installed a new one. Very polite, professional young man. I would recommend them to people"

"Was on time for appointment - replaced all filters and another part and system has been working fine ever since."

"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"Both the salesman and the tech were fantastic. From explaining the benefits and the cost, to installing and actually making the plumbing system better, they did a fantastic job. The technician had some health issues he needed to see a doctor about, but he and the salesman returned later the same day and finished up the job perfectly. I can’t recommend them more. Oh, and our water is so much better now!"

"The customer service was great. The service guy that did the work was excellent. My hair and skin have never felt better. I will be recommending this company to all my family & friends. Thank you again!!"

"So happy about our RO System! Thank-you James F! Also, thank-you Brandon H for informing me about the benefits of water treatment! Best decision I have made in 2021. James did a great job explaining everything & answered all my questions. Nice guy & professional from start to finish. Thank-you Aquarius."

"First Randy's customer service is great and got me scheduled quickly. Nick the electrician did a great job. He came on time. We reviewed the projects I wanted to be done. He talked to me about costs and what would be done. Nick explained options and asked my preferences. Nick completed the tasks was cleaned up from his work. I cannot say enough how much Nick was professional, respectful and got the work done and everything looks great. Nick was also patient about my dogs barking because he was a stranger."

"Jason, the plumbing tech, arrived right on schedule with his only knowledge of the project a second-hand description of the work needed through a supervisor from Freier's Comfort by Design. He went right after the water line installation, since he had everything he needed on hand for that portion of the job and had that part of the installation, including the sewer venting and first level sewer line installation, finished before noon. He needed more parts to finish the sewer line connection to the main sewer pipe. We agreed to have him finish the project the next day, Tuesday.
After a delay caused by an emergency water line, Jason arrived with the necessary parts and finished the job quickly and professionally. He double-checked everything and left us with a huge improvement in our home's efficiency. I am a DIY sort of person and I don't usually hire people to do work I can do just as well. In Freier's Comfort by Design's case, there is no way I could do the work better for much less money. Both of the techs Freier's Comfort by Design have sent to our home have been quick, efficient, professional, and incredibly respectful of our home.
