"Pete has been super helpful and we've enjoyed our water system immensely!"

"These guys were absolutely transparent about the multitude of issues they have seen with reverse osmosis filtration systems that they have serviced and advised against having the work done with insight from many years of experience all at no cost. If and when I need a plumber again for any other projects they are first on my list."

"A+ service and work. My home warranty refused to hold up their side of the bargain and we were forced to find a water heater we could afford and were lucky to find American Service Specialists! They gave us the best quote by 400 dollars and did quality work. This allowed us to get a spigot (which was also the best price I have received on it) installed!  They are now our plumbers for as long as we may live here in Georgia! And we have gone through a few here so we are happy to have one more professional we can call on when needed!

"My water heater got flooded due to the recent hurricane rains. Chen Plumbing came out same day and was able to get a new water heater installed in less than an hour. I appreciate their technician's professionalism and attention to detail as well. Thank you!"

"The technician was very nice and did a great job. Old water heater was removed and the new one installed. The technician showed me his work and explained what he had done. I recommend Moncrief."

"Brad and his coworker knocked everything out in a day, fixed all my issues with the plumbing. Pleased with the service from beginning to end."

"The entire process was great from start to finish! Ashley and Josh did a wonderful job helping me get everything set up. Brian and Brent helped me understand my options and beat the local competitors offer. Josh, Izaac, and Nick did an amazing job installing my new system. They worked quickly and quietly and left no mess behind. Everyone was so polite and professional. I highly recommend TE!"

"Last year (2021), I hired Casteel to upgrade my HVAC system, tankless water heater, update the pipes in my basement, install a pump for washing machine and bring my electricity. I have a brink home the was built in 1955 and had not had any major repairs since 1985. Everyone I spoke to during the process of consulting and repair was professional, kind and courteous. They always kept an open line of communication and were willing to adjust their schedule according to emergency circumstances that happened in my family. From the products they used to the quality of the workmanship, I am still very pleased with outcome. They respected not only my time but my property too. I will definitely hire them again. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta, GA area."

"Appointment setting is always easy and quick. They even called on Sunday to offer to come a day early. Kyle McGuire has clearly earned his Certified Master Plumber - listened to concerns and got quickly to work with great results, restoring our in-home water pressure."
