I have used Benfield multiple times and the work has always been done very well, with very professional techs. I have always recieved a firm quote prior to this last visit and did not pin the pricing to be more specific and even with sending pictures to the office ahead of time, I felt I paid more on this last visit, so I recommend having a quote done prior as I did the first times I hired them.

The tech came by before performing the work. He studies the job to be done and took pictures. After that he called and made an appointment to do the work. Josh Cardwell did an excellent job of updating our Health Mate sauna. Like me he is an Army combat veteran and a very pleasant gentleman

A professional young electrician (Tibilia) arrived early and got right to work. It took a little longer than expected but he was focused, friendly and got he job done (replacing a dining room chandelier and two pendant lights.

I had an electrical issue with my disconnector box to the air handler, and way after hours. They called me to confirm, and en route. They diagnosed provided visuals and took care of me. I knew given the after hours call it would be a bit pricey, but worth it considering it was 14 degrees. Would recommend!!
