The technician was friendly, focused on his job and completed in a timely manner. However, when he showed me a price list of potential repairs/upgrades for the system the costs were extremely high.

Tim, Appreciate your positive comments about our service. We strive to provide professional service that is proactive in addressing issues. We do use flat rate pricing to make it clear to home owners what the repairs will cost. Most Irrigation companies charge time and material. By offering time and material pricing it's not usually clear what the repair will cost prior to the work being completed. With a time and material pricing approach the parts are priced very low but they charge a much higher labor rate per hour then we do. In our flat rate approach we give one price for a repair so it's clear upfront what you are going to pay for the work. Although, we do not try to be the least expensive I know that we are no where near the most. In most cases the flat rate pricing approach is also equal or less expensive then our competition.

I'm a disable senior on a fixed income and I'm happy to report this super professional service company. I worked with Sam and Cindy for sprinkler winterize service in my initial phone conversation. They both did a fantastic job in assisting me. I was given an appointment date with instructions to pay by mail with a check or pay by credit card. I called back to setup earlier appointment. Sam accommodated my request in timely fashion. Adam came out and walked thru each zone to check not only for leaks and broken heads but also how each zone was functioning. Thank you Dave, Sam and Cindy for your patience and for a job well done!
