    Do not hire, had them out three times for same problem and still have it. Now my drawers dont work like they did prior to tech taking them in and out multiple times. Would not let them work on a ballpoint pen !!!

    Had to order a part for the frig. Guy installed the part, but were still having problems. Different guy came out the 2nd time, installed the part correctly, and frig has been working correctly since then

    My technician was very personable, but it took him 3 times to get my problem repaired, and by the time I finished paying him, I could have put a very hefty down payment on a new fridge.

    Don t waste your money!! My experience was a disaster!! First visit the guy lied yo me, told me he did diagnosis to find problem, but actually just guessed, told me I was washing without water for 3 months, charged me $100 fee. I called owner and he told me guy lied and never did diagnosis! The 2nd guy said it was broken water valve and ordered the part. I had to delay 3rd visit for a month due to surgery but when I called to schedule visit, it took over a month for Max Allen to get guys out here! He left message they were coming on a Monday and never showed! I called at noon to get time update n Max said they werent coming?! He forgot whet he said in his message?! He wanted to wait another week for his convenience to save on his labor time costs. He had no interest in getting the job done so I could use washer!! He promised he wouldn t send the first guy who lied and guess who showed up, the guy who lied!! Now they shared I had clogged water line, and needed a plumber?! Initial problem included a fabric softener dispenser not working and didnt fix that either!!
