"I cannot say enough of the service, expertise & care of At Your Service. You couldn’t ask for a nicer or a better bunch of guys/team for all your HVAC needs & servicing. I contacted AYS in 2025 for a 2nd opinion of my 20-plus year old system. Jason from AYS arrived the next day & spent several hours inspecting & analyzing my unit. Bad news...it was shot. They could do minor repairs to keep it running as long as possible but I needed a new system. As my finances were tight, I approved the repairs. Those repairs took me through our deep freeze winter & the 100 degree temps of 2026 but she just finally quit. Again, I called AYS & Jason arrived the next day to inspect my unit. He gave me the bad news & offered 3 estimates for a new system. I chose the mid-line Bosh. Their installer, Tommy & his helper, arrived the next morning at 8:45 & worked non-stop until 4:00. "Kenny arrived at my home from K and K to install the ice maker. I think he had the job completed in about 45 minutes but initially told me 1 hour. I had an existing water supply and he connected that for me also. He was very professional, informed me of the cost that I agreed to pay. This was a great customer service experience. If I needed a major appliance repair, I would definitely use this company again. I got it done when I wanted so I am more than pleased. I know it does not always happen that way."

He was much more thorough that he could have been to satisfy my needs. I already had a quote for a much higher amount from Supreme Service Today who has been servicing my home for about three years. Suspecting that Supreme Service Today's quote was very high, I turned to Angi to get competitive bids. Since I had a bid at a much more reasonable price from Alan at One Hour Heating and Air, I contacted Supreme Service Today and asked for a price match. They were willing to match the much lower price from One Hour Heating and Air, so I gave the business to the HVAC contractor that I've been working with for a few years. Good deal! "We've had two HVACs and a water heater installed and I would not use them again. They offer an extended warranty that beats their competitors, but their service plans are misleading and after installing one of our A/C units and supposedly doing "maintenance" on it a year later, we learned when we went to replace a filter ourselves that they couldn't have replaced the filter at the last service because the filter cannot be replaced due to the way they installed the unit. We were told on two separate occasions that we had a service plan with them, but when they were scheduled to do our maintenance, they called to say that we didn't have a service plan, it was canceled due to non-payment (it was never communicated that our plan had lapsed during three subsequent calls). Trust the negative reviews and go with another company"
