"It went well. Mario came out promptly to access the damage to my basement and gave me an estimate that was within my budget. The work was scheduled and completed within a week. The guys Antonio and Daniel repaired drywall, baseboards, shoe molding and replaced the vinyl flooring in the bathroom. They also painted two large walls. The guys did an excellent job matching the stain on the shoe molding. And I just love the bathroom floor...what a great job. The job was scheduled to be finished in one day but they had a problem finding the shoe molding that matched. They were back the day and all is well. What a great job guys. "Arrived several hours late. Worker was pleasant. The old grout appeared to have been grouted over versus removed. It hasn't been long, but appears to be holding up. If it holds up after six months, I will be satisfied. Work area was clean after the job. I figured the job wouldn't take 3 hours, but nothing was said. I had more grouting that could have been done. This was our first experience with angies list. If I use again, I will be asking more detailed questions. Overall the job and experience was okay."

"I had good customer service all along the way. The owner I spoke to on the phone was very easy to talk to. We also had a lady come out to do the estimate and show color samples who was very friendly. The man who did the refinishing had some equipment problems which caused a slight delay but he was quick to fix his machine and did good work. He patiently mixed different stains and sampled them to give us exactly what we wanted. 
Bottom line: the floor looks great, there was no mess, and we're very happy.

He worked closely with our Carpenter and electrician to complete our new heated floor installation which was quite challenging given the fact that our old house has no straight floors or walls!! He completely removed all of the layers of old flooring, and the subfloor, installed new subfloor, leveled, and installed the new heated floor and tile. We love how much attention he pays to the details to ensure we are happy with the job. Also we love that he shows up on time and in a good mood. We've had other contractors in the past show up late, with bad attitudes, and constantly complaining -- the type of people you wouldn't trust alone in your house.
