Some highlights: 1) Mark's proposal was the most reasonable of the three we received. 2) Mark provided some design options and suggested we go to the local stone store to be sure we got what we wanted. "We are having a fence put up along our property lines and needed several shrubs and small trees cleared out. I called Freestate on Friday, the 25th and was able to set up an estimate for the following Sunday morning. Ben showed up on time, gave an estimate and confirmed they would be able to get me on the schedule for that week.
He promised to follow up with me right away to confirm the details. I received a voicemail later in the day confirming that we were on the schedule for the following day! We had a couple emails back and forth and received extremely fast responses each time.
As promised, the crew came out on Monday and removed everything. They did a great job clearing everything out without leaving any debris. The stumps were also ground out and my lot looks like there were never any shrubs/ trees planted in that location.
We had a great experience from the first phone call through the completion of the job and would recommend them to anyone needing tree work.

"s was my first job.  I understand how things will work in  the future.  The serviceman put in the fence post with quick dry cement, but he was not able to install the hardware to the new post to hang the fences.  Although I have had no fence for 2 weeks it was no one's fault. I am using the same company to finish the job.

"This didn’t turn out as good as I was expecting. Basically when you purchase the contract you have to be your own foreman and superintendent and quality control. They scheduled it around time we weren’t able to be home so we probably didn’t get as much labor as we should have. They were going to charge me $370 for 8 hours additional labor which I didn’t agree with."

"The electrician Greg, (Nice guy )needed to cut a ceiling outlet and then run wiring to a new light switch across the room. He had to cut  holes in ceiling and wall order to connect wiring to new switch. No big deal. He was professional and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them. Approx. 2 hours to do the job. All in all a good job. Looks great!
